The Northern Cafe, adjacent to the Northern Motel, is noted for the "Best Breakfast in the Northwoods", and is popular with the locals as well as those vacationing in the area. Our Winter hours are from December 1st until April 30th and are 6 AM to 2 PM, closed on Wednesdays. Our Summer hours are from May 1st to November 30th, 6 AM to 2 PM, open 7 days a week.
Our Food
We serve traditional, hearty Northwoods breakfast & lunch meals, such as specialty sandwiches, homemade soups, and biscuits & sausage gravy. Our french toast is a Northern legend and our pancakes fill the plate like you’ve never seen before, all at very reasonable prices.
